Area of Focus

Ms. Carter is an associate with the Corporate and Securities group at Kamlet Reichert.  She assists clients in a wide array of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance and securities, joint ventures and strategic alliances, and commercial contracts.  Ms. Carter also has experience assisting clients in commercial, agricultural and residential real estate transactions, as well as matters of land use and zoning.
 
Before coming to Kamlet Reichert, Ms. Carter completed a judicial internship with the Honorable Robert D. Durham of the Oregon Supreme Court and served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Sandra I. Rothenberg of the Colorado Court of Appeals.  In addition to her J.D., Ms. Carter holds a certificate in tax law.
