Area of Focus Mr. Osbeck is a professor at the University of Michigan Law School, where he teaches legal research, legal writing, and other lawyering skills. He is the author of the popular book, Impeccable Research: A Concise Guide to Mastering Legal Research Skills (West 2010). Mr. Osbeck serves as a consultant to the firm on complex litigation matters, including real estate litigation and appellate litigation. He previously practiced with major law firms in Washington, D.C. and Denver and has extensive courtroom and deposition experience representing a variety of corporate and individual clients.
